I agree with you and Dave that we all can learn from our mistakes.  You&#039;ve taken the brave step of sharing and documenting your mistakes in your manifesto.  I think that successful people try and fail, and try and fail, and try and fail again...and then (hopefully) they learn from mistakes and then succeed.</description>
