Thanks Sunshine. I think the lesson is most learned with our kids. No matter how much we give, they want more. I've found the more that I set loving limits and boundaries, the more they seem to be satisfied with what I offer. I love paradox, don't you?

Boundaries and intolerance are a good thing. I used to be just like you, thinking I had to become more patient/tolerant/giving. Ugh, I was already giving people literally the shirt off of my back, & they still wanted MORE!

It wasn't until I clearly defined what was and was not acceptable for me in my life that other things started falling into complete alignment. I still have to work at it some days, and other days it comes easier. I'm just enjoying watching the process and progress unfold. :)

Much love to you Alexis & YAY for recognizing the importance of this! :)

The same thing happened to me almost three years ago. My wife and I ended up in Portland, OR for no real reason besides we loved it and felt we needed to be here. It's been one of the best things we've ever done for our marriage and happiness. I'm sure the same will happen for you.
